Zentra is a decentralized lending protocol on Citrea, Bitcoin's first ZK rollup. It allows users to lend, borrow, and stake digital assets in a non-custodial, over-collateralized manner. #### How is Zentra different from other lending protocols? Zentra is: * **Native to Citrea** - Built specifically for Bitcoin's ZK rollup ecosystem * **Community-focused** - Fair launch, no VC dumps, team tokens super-staked * **Integrated with Satsuma** - Unique bribe flywheel for sustainable liquidity #### Is Zentra audited? Yes. Zentra's smart contracts have been audited by Sherlock. All audit reports will be available on our Security page. #### What assets can I use on Zentra? At launch: * **USDC** - Stablecoin * **wcBTC** - Wrapped Bitcoin * ctUSD - Stablecoin More assets will be added through governance. ### Lending (Supplying) #### How do I earn yield? 1. Supply assets (USDC or wcBTC) to Zentra 2. Earn base interest from borrowers 3. Earn additional ZNT token rewards 4. Your aToken balance grows automatically #### What are zTokens? zTokens (like zUSDC) are interest-bearing tokens you receive when supplying. They: * Automatically increase in balance as you earn * Are always redeemable 1:1 for the underlying asset * Can be transferred or used in other protocols #### Is there a minimum supply amount? No. You can supply any amount. #### Can I withdraw anytime? Yes, subject to available liquidity. If utilization is very high (95%+), you may need to wait for borrowers to repay. ### Borrowing #### How do I borrow? 1. Supply collateral (e.g., wcBTC) 2. Enable it as collateral 3. Borrow against it (e.g., USDC) 4. Pay variable interest over time #### What is the Health Factor? Health Factor measures your position's safety: * **Above 1.0** — Safe * **Below 1.0** — Can be liquidated Keep it above 1.5 for safety. #### What happens if I get liquidated? If your Health Factor drops below 1.0: 1. Liquidators can repay up to 50% of your debt 2. They receive your collateral + a bonus (5-10%) 3. You keep remaining collateral and debt #### Is there a deadline to repay? No deadline. Repay whenever you want. Interest accrues continuously. #### Can borrowing costs be negative? Yes! ZNT rewards often exceed borrowing interest, meaning you can get paid to borrow. ### ZNT Token #### What is ZNT? ZNT is Zentra's governance and utility token.
